Little Horns is a portrait series that explores the delicate intersection of innocence, magic, and the ephemeral purity found in early childhood. By photographing twelve three-year-old children against a moody, dark backdrop, each adorned with a hand-crocheted wool unicorn horn, we sought to capture the raw, unfiltered essence of their emotions.
Through Little Horns, D + F Studio invite viewers to reconnect with the transient beauty of childhood, to see the world again through the eyes of wonder, and to recognize the extraordinary in the ordinary. This project is not just about capturing faces; it's about preserving the essence of a moment, a feeling, and a fleeting glimpse of magic that resides within us all, if only for a moment.
